Kristin Cavallari has given birth to a baby boy. The fiance of Bears quarterback, Jay Cutler, was born August 8th in the wee hours of the morning. (Note that anything before 11 AM is a “wee hour” to me.)
Kristin and Jay announced the news via their PR team a.k.a. Twitter. The couple named the tot Camden Jack Cutler. He weighed 7lbs. 9oz.
I am a Bears fan, so I have to be nice even though I really want to make a joke about Jay being nicknamed 50 Cent because he is only worth two quarters…but I won’t. I shall distract myself with a few tidbits about Kristin’s pregnancy.
*The couple were trying to keep the gender a secret, but Chicago wide receiver Earl Bennett accidentally shared the gender of their expected arrival in an interview.
*This is to be the first baby of many. Cavallari told Glamoholic: “We’re talking about the possibility of having another kid right away and then getting married so we can have 2 kids close in age. We want 4 kids, so we’re thinking maybe have one more, then get married, then have two more but we’ll see, it all depends on how the first one goes.”
*They weren’t bagging it despite being an on-again-off-again couple: “We weren’t trying to have a kid but we weren’t not trying, we left it up to fate. I knew there was a possibility but I was really excited! Even if you are trying, just to see a positive result is shocking!”
